Sai Service pvt limited was incorporated on 9th Aug 1985. It became deemed public limited company from 1st October 1988, under the provision of Sec 43A of the company act 1956 by value of its turnover.

The company was then converted to a public limited company on 22nd January 1994 by a special resolution and a fresh certificate was obtained from the registrar of companies, Mumbai Maharashtra on 8th September 1994.
